Ordering From Cute 4 Suit
All orders placed with us are subject to our acceptance.
All prices displayed on our website are GST inclusive
Immediate refund provided if you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped.
We reserve the right to decline (ie-not accept) any order up to the point of the order being dispatched.
Automatic confirmation of successful order placement and/or receipt and/or processing a payment for the order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us.
If we decline your order after a payment for the order has been received/processes we will contact you with the details and refund the payment in full.
Stock levels are displayed on our website.
In stock products are posted within 1-3 days of reciept of payment.
Back orders can be placed online, please contact us for expected delivery dates.
The stock information displayed on our website is regularly extracted from our inventory management and order processing system.
Our website is updated regularly, hence if our website indicated that an item is in stock, it generally means that is it is. (ie – there is no need to confirm this by phone or email)
We do however recommend that you contact us about stock availability if you intend to purchase a large quantity of the same items (i.e. more than 5) and stock levels are low.
Can occurs for the following reasons
- You purchase a quantity of products which is greater than the available in stock
- You purchase a product which displays “available on back order”
- You purchase a product which has been sold to another customer and the quantity information on the website has not yet been updated
When one of these conditions occur at the time of purchase, you will see your order status “available on back order”, proceed with purchase and wait for the item to arrive in stock or contact us for an estimated delivery time.
Shipping and Postage Information
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive and sign for the order during normal business hours.
Please ensure you have your correct postage details entered when processing your order.
In stock orders are posted within 1-3 days of payment clearing.
We will not post an order until full payment has been recieved.
Stock is dispatch from our showroom on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, unless otherwise stated.
All purchases are sent via registered post.
Please check with your local post office if your order has not arrived, as courier will only attempt delivery once and then relocate the parcel for collection from your closest Australia Post.
Cute 4 Suit does not take any responsibility for any delays in shipping.

Loss and Damage
Signing for Delivery – The customer is responsible for ensuring that either they or their authorised representative inspect the goods prior to accepting the delivery and signing the Proof Of Delivery (POD) document.
Signing of a Proof of Delivery (POD) document confirms that the consignment has been delivered in full and in good condition (i.e. no visible physical damage).
POD should only be signed once the good have been inspected, as a clean signed POD will void any insurance against loss or transit damage
If a shipment arrives with a damaged carton or item, the delivery should either be rejected with POD not signed or the POD must have the exact damage noted on it including any carton identifier available, signature, name and date as above.
Please note – if this information is not provided the POD will be treated as clean and will void any ability to claim loss or transit damage against shipping insurance.
Addtional Fees and Charges
If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction, these may be passed on to you at our discretion.
When a courier attempts to deliver the parcel to your nominated address and no one is available to recieve the goods, they will be transfered to the closest Post Office.
Parcels must be collect from the post office or they will be returned to us undelivered.
In this instance we have paid for delivery and will request further a further postage fee to resend the item.
Please advise a business address where possible so that deliver can be forfilled successfully.
We are very flexible with order cancellation and allow to cancel the order up to the point when you receive and sign for the goods.
However, if we incur costs as a result of the cancellation, we will pass these on to you, so please research and choose the products carefully and consider how you pay for your purchase.
All cancellations must be confirmed via email.
If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, the order must be returned prior to any refund and freight cost will be deducted from the refund total.
Due to additional costs, custom made orders can not be cancelled, we may also request a deposit upon order acceptance.
Exchange and Returns
We happily exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges and returns need to be authorised through our office, please email email@example.com to proceed.
All purchases must be returned in original condition with no damage.
Return postage is the responsibility of the purchasers.
A prepaid return sachet should be sent with any exchange to avoid delays or invoicing for additional postage costs.
The original postage charge is non-refundable, free postage sales may incur additional charges for exchange or refund processing.
Goods must be recieved by our office, prior to any exchange or return being processed.
No part of the Refunds and Returns Policy is intended to limit any right or remedies customers may have under the Trade Practices Act or equivalent State and Territory legislation.
Please research the products carefully before placing an order and refer to size charts to ensure correct sizing.
For your convenience, we do provide size chart links on our website for the majority of products sold in our store.
Return of Faulty Goods (Under Warranty)
BEFORE returning any faulty good to us you must initiate a return / warranty claim by contacting us email.
We will provide with instructions on returning the faulty item.
A refund for the amount paid for the item or a replacement item will be provided at our discretion for any good returned under store warranty.
Our Service Centre test for declared faults thoroughly, if they find the item to intentional damage to them, a refund may be declined and good returned.

All products sold by Cute 4 Suit are covered by a 30 day warranty.
We must receive cleared payment in full for the total value of the order before we will accept and start processing your order.

Cute 4 Suit takes no responsibility for any delays associated with processing your payment by third-party financial institutions.
Cute 4 Suit will appear on your credit card statement for orders placed with us.
For certain Credit Card orders(i.e. based on fraud risk as determined by our automated fraud risk assessment procedures), we will undertake addtional steps to ensure the transaction is not fraudulent.
These steps may include, but are not limited to :
- Calling the customer and/or owner of the credit card on a land line number
- Verifying the land line number as belonging to the deliver or billing address
- Validating the billing address specified on our website as matching the billing address provided to the credit card issuer
- Requesting the courier to verify and record the identity of the recipient on delivery
- Requesting a photocopy of the credit card to be faxed to us (to verify physical possession of the card)
